About the Role

The Digital Media Manager + Social at Reckitt plays a pivotal role in leading category media activations with a strategic focus on impactful digital campaigns. The role involves supporting internal and global teams, translating audience insights, defining digital platform roles, planning success models around KPIs, overseeing daily social media performance, and acting as the senior digital expert for key social platforms. The position is part of a dynamic Digital Activation Hub Team dedicated to digital innovation and campaign excellence within Reckitt's marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of category media activation plans, ensuring they align with Reckitt's marketing goals.
  • Provide strategic support to the internal CE team and global teams, focusing on audience translations, platform roles, capabilities, and critical KPIs.
  • Develop and update digital channel playbooks, championing best practices and new platform capabilities.
  • Input into the Global Media Success model by testing and finalizing the key Digital KPIs for each brand across reach, frequency, phasing, and placement strategy.
  • Present key recommendations during full-year brand planning, advising on digital media channels and in-platform tactics that align with media communications objectives.
  • Oversee daily media performance across social channels (Meta, TikTok), ensuring campaign optimizations are implemented.
  • Act as the senior digital expert for key social platforms, advising on campaign setup and platform best practices.
  • Lead a team of digital in-house traders to support campaign execution and performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital media planning and activation, particularly across social platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of audience insights, KPI development, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to develop and update digital channel playbooks and advocate for best practices.
  • Experience supporting global and regional marketing teams with digital strategy and execution.
  • Proficiency in using platform planning tools and digital media success models.
  • Leadership skills to manage and guide a team of digital traders.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate audience data into actionable media plans.
