About the Role

The Digital Media Specialist at the Health District of Northern Larimer County is responsible for creating and managing digital content to enhance the organization's brand and community engagement. The role involves strategic digital campaign development, content creation, and data analysis to improve online presence and support community health initiatives. The team includes communications professionals dedicated to producing marketing collateral across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, and publish high-quality digital content, including videos and photos, for platforms such as the website, intranet, and social media channels.
Develop and execute creative digital media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Develop digital strategies and analyze data to improve campaign performance.
Work cooperatively with program staff and the Communications team to tell the Health District's story through graphics, video, and copy.
Follow trends and analyze data to ensure impactful online presence.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, new media, graphic design, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in creating and managing digital content and campaigns.
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, social media channels, and analytics tools.
Ability to develop digital strategies and analyze data to improve performance.

Nice to Have

Experience with video production and photography.
Familiarity with website and intranet content management.
Creative thinking and trend awareness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
