About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Channel Marketing Teams to embed digital expertise into campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Independently plan, coordinate, and lead concurrent campaign and alignment projects, ensuring stakeholder needs are met.
  • Execute and optimize initiatives across platforms including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), BrightEdge, Adobe Analytics, Marketo, and Hearsay.
  • Drive search optimization strategies and use web analytics to uncover insights, measure performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Use qualitative, quantitative, and competitor data to guide marketing stakeholders in campaign decisions.
  • Build strong relationships across functions and levels, influencing stakeholders in a large, matrixed environment without direct authority.
  • Partner across Content, Creative, UX, Development, IT, and Brand to ensure digital technology is integrated into broader marketing strategies.
  • Lead A/B testing and optimization initiatives; document results, share learnings, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve digital marketing maturity, including personalization strategies and platform features.
  • Monitor digital and marketing technology trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, digital optimization, or related functions.
  • Proficiency in SEO optimization, website analytics, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Strong initiative and ability to independently drive projects and lead stakeholder meetings.
  • Experience working in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven success in influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; comfort navigating complexity.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across functions.
  • Passion for data, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing technology platforms such as Marketo, Adobe Marketing Cloud (Experience Manager, Target, Analytics), and Salesforce CRM.
