Digital Product Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and prioritize client needs and competitive offerings to win and retain business, leveraging insights from sales, operations, and other stakeholders.
• Document product lifecycle and write requirements within the agile delivery framework.
• Align product vision, strategy, governance, and roadmap with input from Product Manager, business leads, stakeholders, and delivery partners.
• Engage and manage feedback loops to gather and test feedback on product design from clients and stakeholders through advisory groups.
• Plan and prioritize product development, introduction, and lifecycle management, ensuring financial performance and collaboration with product manager and functional teams.
• Collaborate with development and data teams to assess feasibility, ROI, timing, and approach for new features or enhancements.
• Lead product benchmarking and gap analysis in coordination with marketing, global practices, and global products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with relative industry experience.
• 5+ years of progressive roles in Product Ownership or similar in agile software development.
• 3+ years of experience within the insurance or financial industry (preferred).
• Strong understanding of user experience best practices and design acumen.
• Proficient with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or similar.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification (preferred).
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a desire to work for a fast-paced, large organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to maintain product documentation.
• Commitment to quality and excellent customer service to end users.

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
