The Digital Product Manager - Commerce is a strategic, technical, and customer-focused leader responsible for developing and optimizing e-commerce experiences across digital platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owns product end to end for products or features with moderate complexity and scope, including creating, managing, maintaining, and communicating product vision and roadmap.
  • Drives end user product research and partners with stakeholders to understand current customer experience and identify opportunities.
  • Analyzes quantitative and qualitative data to identify product innovation opportunities or root causes of issues, working with data scientists if needed.
  • Leverages rapid hypothesis-driven testing methodologies such as A/B testing to inform product direction and prioritize investments.
  • Conducts cost-benefit, ROI, and NPV analysis to support decision making.
  • Develops and maintains understanding of tech trends and assesses their impact on the product roadmap.
  • Communicates, influences, and presents product ideas and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Creates detailed features and user stories for development teams, including prototypes if necessary.
  • Collaborates with Agile teams during ceremonies like PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
  • Owns and manages product backlog and priorities, ensuring alignment with business and technical needs.
  • Tracks product health and success metrics through dashboards and reports.
  • Ensures product quality and performance in production, managing responses to critical defects.
  • Builds positive relationships with technical and non-technical teams, including external partners and customer groups.
  • Develops training and adoption tools for the product management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience in technical writing, solution engineering, or technical architecture in large-scale environments.
  • 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software development environment.
  • Proven success with Agile Scrum methodologies and tools.
  • Strong requirements elicitation and technical writing skills.
  • Experience with Agile backlog and project management tools.
  • Ability to develop initiatives, features, and user stories for DevOps teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and synthesize product use data.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
