Key Responsibilities

  • Manage buyer and vendor relationships to gather product content (copy, images, product, video, attributes and tech specs) to ensure adherence to the merchant/content calendar.
  • Properly categorize products based on current taxonomy.
  • Apply and maintain copy and image style guide standards to maintain position as a best-in-class retailer.
  • Utilize web platform and product information management tool to create, update, and manage product content on Ulta.com.
  • Partner with Photography team to coordinate timely product shots and quality control of assets.
  • Assist the Product Merchandising Manager with business site operational projects such as user-acceptance testing, system troubleshooting, and site enhancements.
  • Support seasonal marketing events in partnership with the Digital Merchandising team.
  • Collaborate with the Product Merchandising Manager on process improvements through cross-functional projects.
  • Use problem-solving skills to address guest-facing issues on the site.
  • Build collaborative relationships with Merchant and brand partners across eCommerce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 1-3 years of ecommerce experience preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge in Excel and other Office software tools.
  • Experience with web platform and/or data management system preferred.
  • Superior time management and organizational abilities.
  • Attention to detail, especially for writing/editing and grammar with content posting.
  • Ability to utilize complex system tools to manage digital content.
  • Effective team collaboration and independent work skills.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and multitask effectively.
  • Willingness to work beyond normal office hours, including weekends.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.

Qualifications

  • Educational background includes a bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

  • Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits.
  • Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
  • Salary range of $57,300 to $74,300 per year with potential for additional compensation through bonus plan.
