Digital Product Senior Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement using data analytics, customer and colleague feedback, and pain points.
• Understand complex processes and systems related to transactions and experiences for which the manager is responsible.
• Conduct industry benchmarking and experience comparison with other banks and fintech capabilities.
• Define Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for initiatives and build roadmaps to deliver on business outcomes.
• Define EPICs, features, and MVPs to meet OKRs and ensure alignment with the digital ecosystem.
• Lead in feature definition and acceptance criteria, partnering with solution architects and UX leads.
• Partner with colleagues across Huntington to develop hypotheses about root causes and collaborate on enhancement roadmaps.
• Work with Legal, Risk, and Compliance for feature approval.
• Drive cross-functional teams across business, design, and technology towards common goals.
• Work with agile teams to iterate, prioritize business value, and improve speed to market.
• Collaborate with external vendors when appropriate and partner with implementation teams for flawless rollouts.
• Measure performance against expectations, analyze variances, and modify strategies accordingly.
• Manage a team of Digital Product Managers and/or Analysts (opportunity).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 7+ years of online/mobile digital experience or digital product delivery experience.
• Experience leading Agile delivery teams.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with the Software Delivery Lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional demeanor.
• Ability to develop working relationships at all organizational levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Product Management Training or Certification (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Silicon Valley Product Group, 280 Group).
• Experience with Financial Services, Banking, or related products.
• Experience leading agile teams of 5-10 members, user testing, and data analysis.
• Experience managing teams of up to 5 people.
• Digital product management or delivery experience in e-commerce, digital messaging, identity and access management, digital money movement, or customer self-service.
• Understanding and experience with Fintech solutions including payments, deposit and lending originations, and servicing.
• Experience with vendor management.
• Experience with desktop and mobile web, mobile apps, and alerts.
• User-centered design and usability expertise.

• Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree.
