About the Role

The Digital Product Strategy Lead will be responsible for developing and leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to increase awareness, drive consideration, and profitability. This role involves managing paid media campaigns nationally, optimizing digital assets, and collaborating with campaign execution partners, agency teams, and internal stakeholders within a financial services organization. The position requires a highly effective and innovative marketer with experience in growth and expansion through paid media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a marketing liaison across a broader team of campaign execution partners, agency partners, and in-house media planning/activation resources.
  • Lead the day-to-day multi-channel (display, online video, programmatic, digital out-of-home, paid social, etc.) and digital paid media campaigns nationally, including test and learn strategies.
  • Coordinate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports by working in data dashboards and collaborating with partners for supplemental data.
  • Conduct monthly media performance reviews with CMO and finance leadership.
  • Facilitate collaboration between creative and media teams, and coordinate with LOB marketing and business stakeholders on ad hoc campaigns such as promotions and local testing.
  • Manage campaign scoping, support business cases and media briefs, and consolidate feedback from Lines of Business (LOB).
  • Manage media budgets and deliver efficiencies through agency stewardship and publisher governance.
  • Maintain operational controls and efficiencies in campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of paid media experience; experience in the financial services industry and/or media agency experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from an accredited college/university.
  • Strong digital marketing and social media marketing skills in paid media.
  • Self-starter with the ability to quickly grasp concepts and collaborate with business partners to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong relationship development and negotiating skills, able to earn respect and trust among internal and external partners.
  • Creativity and innovation with a focus on continuous measured improvement.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills.

Qualifications
