Digital Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital asset requests from Shaw brands by soliciting and documenting all requirements needed for each project.
• Own digital asset files for all internal/external production to include uploading, applying naming convention, annotating, organizing, and archiving.
• Work with the internal digital team and outside vendor partners on proper workflows to ensure timely delivery of digital assets.
• Collaborate with Merchandising to set up material specifications needed for scanning and photography processes.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Plant personnel to ensure material is flowing properly and delivered on time.
• Receive and standardize all final assets ensuring each asset is color corrected and built to the brand's specifications.
• Communicate to all groups involved when assets are available and downloaded assets have been revised.
• Analyze, make effective decisions, prioritize, assess and mitigate risks.
• Maintain a high standard of quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with Digital Content Manager to set priorities for the day-to-day operations of the Digital Lab.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain a high standard of professional knowledge, ethics, and practices when dealing with customers, suppliers, peers, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with experience in project management OR 2 years experience in project management.
• Able to pass Munsell Hue Color Discrimination test.
• Previous experience in Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Previous digital asset management experience.
• Previous Adobe WorkFront experience.
