About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support critical functions across claims/brand asset audits, social media response management, and content maintenance. This role is essential in ensuring brand consistency, regulatory alignment, and timely customer communication across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and creating audit documents, tracking and validating claim updates, and collaborating with issuers and legal teams to ensure accurate representation of brand assets. Additionally, this role will oversee social media complaint escalation, maintain approved reply libraries, and support annual updates for responses and issuer contact information. You'll also play a key role in procedure and control maintenance, serve as a liaison for updates to the Marketing Asset Repository, and manage content on internal and external platforms like InfoNet and the Resources Hub—ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and a fresh user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, create audit documents, communicate updates to issuers, validate changes until completion, track and report status for claims and brand assets.
- Receive social media complaints, escalate issues with DCI Issuers to resolve them, track escalations, and report issues to management as needed.
- Maintain and update social media replies, including annual updates with new claims, replies, and special circumstances, and coordinate with legal for response approval.
- Annually review issuer contact information for social replies and website use.
- Serve as the point of contact for procedure and control updates, including updates to the Marketing Asset Repository.
- Add, update, and retire content on InfoNet (playbooks, newsletters, Brand Guidelines).
- Create and update content on Resources Hub using Uberflip, including SEO/Meta data, images, and content refreshes.
Requirements
- Must have basic coding experience.
- Advanced use of digital office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Teams.
- Comfortable with technology, including editing and reading basic HTML and CSS code.
- Familiar with Sprout Social for social media management and reporting.
- Independent worker with strong project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, good communication, and project tracking/reporting skills.
- Well-versed in CMS applications including ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Uberflip.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of data analytics.
- Ability to interpret data to generate actionable insights from Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics reports.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience with digital tools and content management systems.
- Experience with social media management tools like Sprout Social.
