About the Role

The Digital Recruitment Strategy Manager is responsible for managing the development of AdventHealth's digital intelligence recruitment strategy in collaboration with Strategic HR. This role involves staying current with the latest techniques, tools, and processing in communications, behavioral science, marketing measurement, and analytics. The manager oversees the digital presence of AdventHealth careers across various platforms, develops and implements digital strategies to enhance the employer brand, and provides leadership and guidance to the digital media team. The position emphasizes innovation, data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring brand consistency in digital mediums.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the development of AdventHealth's digital intelligence recruitment strategy with Strategic HR.
  • Stay current in the latest techniques, tools, and processing in communications, behavioral science, program monitoring, marketing measurement, and analytics.
  • Manage the development of innovative strategic solutions for website activity, online advertising, email/CRM programs, mobile marketing, social media, and emerging trends.
  • Oversee the career brand style guide to ensure consistency and quality across all digital mediums.
  • Develop and administer the digital framework for the organization's EVP brand, ensuring key objectives are met.
  • Provide leadership during creative brainstorming and planning processes for relevant initiatives.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to educate on digital intelligence and platform strategies.
  • Supervise and guide the digital media strategist and other team members, including managing updates on social media and digital policies.
  • Analyze the organization's digital presence, identify areas of opportunity, and monitor external digital platforms for sentiment.
  • Create and implement projects to improve the digital candidate experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Distill complex digital concepts for relatable communication and garner support for new digital approaches.
  • Propose strategic digital changes based on data analysis and industry trends.
  • Establish guidelines and best practices for digital strategies across email marketing, career sites, landing pages, and web forms.
  • Execute tests, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure all digital platforms reflect the organization's reputation positively and within brand standards.
  • Review digital content across social platforms for alignment with brand messages and strategy.
  • Collaborate with Creative Services and Branding to meet deadlines for marketing materials.
  • Conduct research and analyze digital performance using analytics to recommend improvements.
  • Develop and manage a digital asset library for the team.
  • Work with reputation management to ensure candidate communications are on brand and compliant.
  • Develop and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Set objectives and manage the digital strategist to report on ROI.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis for internal partners, including funnel and conversion analysis.
  • Develop consumer insights to enhance the candidate experience and drive website conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to define data requirements.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Manage staff to accomplish digital objectives, including coaching, counseling, and developing growth opportunities.
  • Oversee team members managing daily tactics and updates to recruitment social outlets.
  • Communicate updates and project statuses with Talent Acquisition leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships between the Digital Recruitment Team and the Consumer Digital Strategy team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, business, human resources, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience creating content in marketing, human resources, communications, public relations, or related fields.
  • Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Hubspot, and online publishing tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content.
  • Ability to manage and supervise employees while working on multiple initiatives.
  • Experience in targeting audiences and creating tailored marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
  • Experience in developing digital strategies and broader departmental strategies.
  • Experience in digital content management and ensuring brand consistency across platforms.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with behavioral science, program monitoring, and marketing measurement.
  • Experience with reputation management and legal standards in digital communications.
  • Experience in developing digital asset libraries and managing digital analytics tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, business, human resources, or related field.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in content creation and digital marketing.
