Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the virtual events & experiences function, including webinars and on-demand events, from strategy to execution and governance.
  • Develop and implement the marketing database expansion & enrichment strategy to drive top-of-funnel growth and expand Freshworks' digital presence.
  • Own and oversee the email marketing function, including strategic planning, execution, and optimization of global email campaigns to increase user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
  • Optimize and expand the digital channel mix to improve marketing effectiveness across all product lines.
  • Manage agencies and external partners to ensure best-in-class strategies and execution.
  • Oversee a team of Marketing Managers and SMEs, driving global demand for top, middle, and bottom-funnel leads.
  • Partner with campaign managers, brand, product marketing, and cross-functional teams to align digital outbound channel strategies and governance worldwide.
  • Track performance and report using data-driven insights to improve channel conversions.
  • Innovate with AI, personalization, and marketing automation to scale content and enhance engagement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing focused on digital channels, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience leading performance marketing and outbound digital marketing efforts, including email, virtual events, and digital demand generation at scale across all funnel stages.
  • Experience establishing governance mechanisms to ensure high-quality prospect experiences and acting as a center of excellence for digital channels.
  • Deep understanding of demand generation funnels and B2B buyer journeys.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using AI and automation to scale content creation and optimization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a thought leadership mindset.
