Digital Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Customer awareness, activation and adoption of FBM's Digital Assets, resulting in increased Digital Sales.
• Schedule and execute in-market branch training, sales rep training and customer meetings.
• Cross-sell complementary product categories to existing accounts.
• Lead in-branch and on-jobsite events/demos.
• Provide eCommerce-specific data, insights and opportunities to all FBM Branches, Sales Reps and Sales Leadership, within the relevant and assigned FBM Regions.
• Act as the primary conduit between MyFBM team and the branches.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Assist with digital merchandising and digital product enhancements.
• Conduct voice of customers surveys and compile feedback to inform the digital product team for new enhancements, improvements and future roadmap.
• Facilitate monthly meeting with RVPs, District Managers, and Local Digital Champions.
• Be the primary educator for MyFBM and digital connectivity within the region.
• Ensure regional branches deliver a top-tier customer experience, proactively address and resolve customer service concerns and inquiries.
• Train and develop branch staff in maintaining prompt responses and adherence to FBM's customer service policies.
• Uphold FBM brand standards throughout the branches and showrooms.

• Expert in MyFBM.

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital product management or digital marketing.
• Experience working in the building materials or construction industry.
• Knowledge of market survey and analysis techniques.

Qualifications

• Location in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, Delaware, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana or Kentucky preferred.
