Key Responsibilities

  • Act as PureCars' subject matter expert to the Enterprise / Major Group automotive client across an assigned U.S. territory by managing the post-sale client relationship and digital ad and product strategy to meet sales and service objectives.
  • Build trust by delivering high-value insights and acting as a connected client advocate to give clients a competitive edge.
  • Track, analyze, create, and deliver industry data and performance metrics through impactful presentations to dealership executives including C-Suite, marketing personnel, regional managers, and dealership managers.
  • Partner with internal ad performance teams (Paid Search, Social, Programmatic/Display, Video, OTT, Onsite Offers, etc.) to ensure successful campaign execution aligned with client objectives and budgets.
  • Educate clients on using the platform, increase their utilization of current technology, and keep them updated on new features and releases.
  • Travel overnight as needed; role is primarily in-dealership and client-facing 4+ days per week, 2+ weeks per month.
  • Collaborate with clients on 1st party data, CDP implementation, direct mail, and other lifecycle products.
  • Enhance digital advertising strategies based on dealership, OEM, and marketing team objectives, and identify opportunities for measurable improvements through ad copy, bid management, budget adjustments, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

Requirements

  • Candidates must live in the assigned territory or be willing to relocate within 6 months of hire.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Auto-tech industry with success managing multi-rooftop, high-stakes relationships.
  • Prior experience with AdTech SaaS or Digital Advertising client success, especially in paid search and/or display products.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with client executives and communicate technical product capabilities and success metrics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Skilled in client performance data analysis and providing actionable insights to optimize revenue.
  • Ability to analyze diverse client environments, influence decision makers, and promote long-term adoption of products.
  • Strong knowledge of online media channels (paid search, display, social, video, local) and metrics, as well as proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, PowerPoint, analytics tools, and client research.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for diverse audiences across regions and cultures.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with first-party data, CDP implementation, and lifecycle marketing products.
  • Technical proficiency in digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.
