About the Role

As a Digital Strategy Partner at Highmark Health in Phoenix, Arizona, you will work on shaping and executing the organization's digital vision to solve key customer and business problems. You will collaborate closely with omni-channel Product Managers to align digital experiences with business goals and customer needs across multiple digital channels, leveraging market trends, technology trends, customer behavior data, and performance analytics. The role involves defining digital strategy, identifying opportunities with digital technologies, conducting market research and competitive analysis, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, and managing vendor and stakeholder relationships. This position is suited for a big picture thinker, team player, and innovator in digital experiences within a highly matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support key strategic initiatives across the Enterprise, including team leadership, problem-solving, data analysis, project management, communication, and implementation support.
  • Participate in the development of strategic plans for the Enterprise and its key business units.
  • Support the team in identifying, clarifying, and resolving complex issues critical to the success of initiatives.
  • Support the identification of initiative impacts to ensure overall strategic alignment.
  • Help develop standard analytics and processes for leading strategic initiatives.
  • Play a role in shaping the culture and skill set of the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of experience in Strategic Planning or related work experience in Business or Healthcare or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • 2 years of consulting experience (external or internal) or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Ability to solve complex conceptual and operational problems and lead teams in problem-solving exercises.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated influencing and teamwork skills.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Focus on impacts to the customer of decisions rendered.
  • Proactive in driving change and continuous improvement.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, with a servant leadership mindset.
  • Commitment to development of others and self.

Nice to Have

  • 6 years of experience in payer, hospital system, or care delivery industry.
  • Experience influencing change in complex organizational systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (preferred).
  • Master's Degree in Business or related field (preferred).

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary range from $92,300 to $172,500, determined by qualifications, experience, and other factors.
  • Position is office-based with travel requirements of 0% - 25%.
  • Work environment includes occasional training, rare site-to-site travel, and physical work site presence.
