About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create short, engaging video tutorials and longer training sessions.
• Use Adobe Premiere Elements to edit and refine content.
• Leverage Synthesia to generate professional, AI-powered video explainers.
• Learn about and build content in new and emerging technologies, like AI.
• Work with a team of international technology experts to break down complex concepts into simple, accessible learning content.
• Collaborate with business teams to align training with real-world needs.
• Follow a repeatable process for AI driven video production while staying creative and innovative.

Requirements

• Currently pursue a Bachelor's or Master's Degree required.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• A process-driven thinker with strong organizational skills.
• Creative, curious, and ability to learn new technologies.
• A strong team player who enjoys collaborating across departments.
• Energetic, positive, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Familiarity with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Elements preferred).
• Interest in technology, communication, or training development.
• Self-organized working style.

Nice to Have

• Power Platform, Azure AI, and Microsoft Fabric skills are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
