About the Role

The Digital Tools Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle, design, and promotion of digital tools such as customer portals, configurators, and sizing platforms. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure tools are effective, user-friendly, and aligned with market needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the lifecycle of digital tools such as sizing and selection platforms, customer portals, and online configurators.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to ensure tools are accurate, reliable, and meet market needs.
  • Capture user insights and analytics to improve tool usability, effectiveness, and adoption.
  • Manage the design and deployment of web interfaces for digital tools, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and on-brand.
  • Partner with web developers and designers to deliver responsive and accessible experiences for all users.
  • Optimize landing pages and content strategies that support tool usage and conversions.
  • Explore and integrate AI features such as personalized recommendations, chatbots, and predictive selection tools.
  • Collaborate with data science and IT teams to pilot and expand new technologies.
  • Oversee the process for generating, distributing, and tracking software and transmitter license keys.
  • Ensure customers have smooth access to licensed tools and maintain accurate records within CRM or license management systems.
  • Coordinate with sales, support, and legal teams on compliance and renewal workflows.
  • Develop go-to-market plans for new or updated digital tools.
  • Coordinate internal training, customer communications, and marketing campaigns that drive engagement.
  • Supervise performance metrics and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or digital tool management.
  • Experience with web design tools (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or Adobe Experience Manager) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Google AI, Microsoft Copilot) and their application in user experience.
  • Understanding of software license management practices or platforms.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Expected travel approximately 20%.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with web design tools and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Experience with AI platforms and software license management.
