About the Role

The Digital Website Support Specialist role involves managing digital asset workflows, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring high-quality, on-brand imagery across the online storefront and related assets. The position requires a highly organized, visually driven professional with experience in creative production within an e-commerce or digital merchandising environment. The role supports cross-functional collaboration with teams such as E-commerce, Merchandising, Creative, and Marketing, and involves managing external photo vendors and studios.

Key Responsibilities

Managing digital asset workflows
Maintaining visual standards
Ensuring high-quality, on-brand imagery across the online storefront and related assets
Providing clear creative direction and actionable feedback to external photographers and retouching partners
Translating business needs into visual requirements and ensuring consistency across all product categories

Requirements

Strong foundational knowledge of photography post-production, including image retouching, color correction, and optimization for web and mobile platforms
Experience overseeing digital asset workflows, including file naming, metadata tagging, and upload standards
Proven ability to manage product photography shoots and styling in coordination with merchandising calendars
Familiarity with system item setup, including keyword tagging, alt text, and image sequencing for e-commerce product detail pages
Experience managing and integrating user-generated content (UGC) into product pages to drive engagement
Working knowledge of writing or editing e-commerce copy (product descriptions, alt text, or on-image messaging) is a plus

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in creative production within an e-commerce or digital merchandising environment
