The Web Manager will partner in the development, management, and optimization of CarePortal's web presence, supporting digital marketing, driving traffic, and enhancing the customer journey across our digital ecosystem. This role involves managing the website and web projects daily, working closely with Marketing and Product Teams to create a web experience that drives business outcomes, and supporting innovation in the technology-for-good space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain the design system and templates within the CMS, ensuring consistency and efficiency in content creation.
  • Establish UI/UX design deliverables through block diagrams, wireframes, mood boards, mockups, and specifications.
  • Convert approved designs to functional, responsive, web/mobile templates and pages using WordPress CMS.
  • Manage and configure content across web properties supporting digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Product Teams to ensure effective page optimization, usability, brand adherence, and integration with CRM, Marketing Automation Solution, and other third-party tools.
  • Oversee and maintain microsites and marketing landing pages.
  • Build and monitor GA4 reporting, analyze digital traffic and user behavior, and implement strategies to enhance SEO, GEO targeting, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
  • Conduct multivariate web and campaign testing, analyze results, and recommend optimizations.
  • Update and manage website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues such as broken links, duplicate content, and server errors.
  • Perform regular backend audits, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure website stability and security.
  • Collaborate on technical improvements like system integrations, plugin updates, and custom features.
  • Establish, document, and communicate processes for digital operations.
  • Understand and stay updated on SEO and AI trends, making recommendations for site performance and security improvements.
  • Conduct technical audits to resolve issues affecting search engine crawls and indexation.
  • Monitor Core Web Vitals, site speed, accessibility, and mobile friendliness, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Research emerging digital trends and technologies to support responsible innovation.
  • Use tools like GA4 and Google Search Console to report on website metrics and performance, providing insights for strategic refinement.
  • Champion adoption of advanced marketing technologies, AI insights, and automation platforms to build a data-driven marketing culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, or related field.
  • 8+ years proven experience managing websites within B2C and B2B environments.
  • Solid understanding of WordPress data structures and design schema, including troubleshooting code and CSS issues.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation and personalization platforms.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with design/UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, wireframing, and mock-up tools.
  • Experience with SEO, GA4, Google Search Console, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot HTML/CSS issues and basic PHP knowledge is preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Proven experience managing websites within the SaaS industry and start-up environments.
  • Experience in the non-profit or mission-driven sector, either professionally or voluntarily.
  • Proficiency with WordPress PHP & ACF.
  • Experience with Notion for project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, or related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant website management experience.
