About the Role

The Director, AI Product Manager is responsible for leading product development and delivery within the AI and Financial Service domains. This role requires a strong leadership presence, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving innovative solutions and out-of-the-box ideas. The position involves influencing teams, making decisive judgments, and pushing for continuous learning and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum of 10 - 12 years of demonstrated ability in product development and delivery.
High proficiency in OKR, Design Thinking, Event Storming, prototyping, iterative development, Scrum, and Agile product development.
Domain expertise in AI and Financial Service product solutions.
Passion for changing the status quo and driving innovative ideas.
Eagerness to 'roll up the sleeves' in execution and learning.
Strong leadership and influencing skills.
Ability to make hard and fast decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in business or Computer Science.
