Key Responsibilities

  • Lead pipeline generation strategies to drive high-quality MQLs and ensure seamless handoff to Sales.
  • Partner with the VP of Enterprise Marketing to drive engagement and demand both nationally and within priority markets.
  • Increase the volume of qualified leads and account prospects at the top of the funnel, and accelerate nurturing and movement through mid-funnel stages.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Solutions Marketing to integrate Marathon's service offerings within campaigns, emphasizing ROI with data-driven impacts.
  • Work with the Content and Communications team to leverage thought leadership content from various sources for campaigns.
  • Develop and orchestrate omnichannel marketing campaigns (email, paid search, social media, events, webinars) to generate awareness and demand.
  • Oversee B2B content development and distribution, ensuring alignment with buyer personas and market trends.
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve inbound lead flow and organic traffic.
  • Leverage Marathon's blog to expand high-value content downloads.
  • Plan and optimize digital advertising campaigns with paid media agencies to maximize ROI.
  • Create industry and persona-centric email campaigns at various funnel stages to increase velocity.
  • Implement multi-variant testing strategies to refine messaging and creative effectiveness.
  • Manage the corporate website as a high-converting lead generation tool aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Develop and execute ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts with personalized content and outreach.
  • Partner with the Marketing Automation team to ensure proper integration of platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce, and report on campaign performance and pipeline impact.
  • Regularly assess marketing KPIs and attribution models to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proven experience leading high-impact B2B marketing campaigns and generating demand.
  • Deep expertise in content strategy, event marketing, digital marketing, paid media, marketing operations, and attribution models.
  • Experience managing multi-channel demand generation and ABM campaigns using email, content syndication, paid media, etc.
  • Strong understanding of buyer journey mapping and persona-driven marketing strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, and Product teams.
  • Excellent project management skills to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare marketing.
  • Knowledge of 6sense or similar marketing technology platforms.
  • Experience with digital advertising and paid media management.
