About the Role

The Director, Brand Growth System Analytics at Kraft Heinz is a key leadership role responsible for deploying, embedding, and evolving the Brand Growth System (BGS) to drive relevance and growth for core brands. The role involves leading analytics teams, supporting data needs, and launching decision-support tools to transform the business and achieve strategic growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, train, and deploy the offshore brand growth analytic team.
  • Support the data and development needs of the offshore team to ensure competitive advantage and organizational support.
  • Assess data sources and needs to support BGS expansion and analytics efforts.
  • Launch and manage the BGS 'Control Tower' decision and tracking tool in partnership with Digital/IT, including stages from KPI measurement to full AI enablement through 2026/27.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for signature programs and tools across the company that can benefit from collaboration with BGS.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing analytics or a related field, preferably within CPG on the manufacturer-side.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the food and beverage industry.
  • Understanding of various consumer data sets, including POS, panel, and survey data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating across functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Finance/RGM, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence.
