Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of ATRIUM marketing vision and strategy including target patient identification, brand positioning, and brand character development.
  • Drive innovation and renovate current marketing strategies to boost brand performance.
  • Work with US collaborative partners to embed the brand plan, and partner on local execution through your team.
  • Establish effective frameworks, metrics, and strategies for brand building and channel marketing.
  • Provide thought leadership by staying current with evolving online media, technology, and competitive activity.
  • Leverage digital tools and innovative technologies to enhance delivery and effectiveness, using data and performance insights to optimize learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training strategies with business goals, utilizing technologies and analytics to measure impact.
  • Translate data into actionable insights, applying digital tools and emerging digital trends in an insight-led workplace.
  • Manage and leverage external agencies' creative capabilities to build brands and channel strategies across traditional and digital marketing, targeting consumers, retailers, and HCPs.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure performance tracking systems are in place for rapid course correction.
  • Identify new capabilities to enable competitive advantage and enhance leadership and product usage across all marketing brands and customers.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership experience driving strategic initiatives, building and managing high-performing teams, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • 10+ years' experience in commercial roles with increasing responsibility, including 7+ years in specialty product marketing and launch experience in US and ex-US markets.
  • Proven success in HCP-endorsed medical nutrition marketing with ability to develop and execute multi-channel strategies.
  • Ability to think and act strategically, translating data into actionable insights using digital tools, and applying emerging digital trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong strategic planning capabilities in complex environments.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30%.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Bridgewater, NJ.

  • Strong knowledge of current digital marketing landscape.

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
