Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies for implementing Generative AI within analytics frameworks.
Lead and deliver scalable insights across the organization.
Manage and innovate Talent Acquisition analytics products and solutions.
Coordinate complex projects and cross-functional teams.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

Expertise in data analytics, visualization tools, and AI technologies.
In-depth knowledge and experience in Talent Acquisition processes and strategies.
Proven track record in managing high-performing teams and delivering scalable insights.
Strong product management skills and experience in driving innovative solutions.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a visionary approach to leveraging GenAI.

Nice to Have

Data science, data analysis, statistics, or related field experience.
PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics.
Related industry experience (e.g., retail, merchandising, healthcare, eCommerce).
Successful completion of assessments in data analysis and Business Intelligence tools and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, Tableau).
Supervisory experience.

Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 5 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 3 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
Option 3: 7 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field with 2 years' supervisory experience.
