Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global demand creation efforts with primary accountability for scaling pipeline in the U.S. direct business.
  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation programs across digital, field, and account-based channels targeting Enterprise and Mid-Market buyers.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, SDRs, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Content, Customer Marketing, Events, Field Marketing, and Regional Teams to deliver measurable results.
  • Develop account-based marketing strategies and execute campaigns tailored by company size, industry vertical, and buyer persona.
  • Build full-funnel nurture programs to engage prospects and customers across the buyer journey using email, digital, and personalized content.
  • Own and optimize the demand generation program mix, balancing always-on programs with targeted, event-based initiatives.
  • Lead paid media strategy and execution, including search, social, and display, ensuring lead quality, conversion, and ROI.
  • Partner with Events and Field Marketing to deliver impactful in-person and virtual programs such as roadshows, webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Work closely with Sales, SDR, RevOps, and Regional leadership to align demand gen initiatives with pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Own funnel metrics and provide performance reporting by channel, campaign, and segment.
  • Manage demand generation budget allocation, forecast performance, and measure spend efficiency.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 12-15 years of B2B marketing experience, with 5+ years in demand generation leadership roles.
  • Proven success in driving demand for a global company, with direct ownership of U.S. pipeline creation.
  • Deep expertise in ABM, lifecycle nurture, and program orchestration across digital, field, and partner-driven channels.
  • Hands-on experience leading paid digital channels including search, social, and display campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation strategies for Enterprise and Mid-Market, tailored by industry and persona.
  • Track record of balancing always-on demand programs with point-in-time campaigns for predictable pipeline growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, SDR, Customer Marketing, Events, and Regional teams to drive alignment and conversion.
  • Familiarity with modern MarTech stacks such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Qualified, Clay, Outreach, UserGems, and Folloze.
  • Strong leadership and team development experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have

  • MBA from an accredited university.
  • Experience in AI and safety technology industries.
  • Experience with multichannel marketing and enterprise-level campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field highly desired.
  • MBA from an accredited university preferred.
