About the Role

The Director of Digital Experience at Infor is responsible for designing and executing a cohesive, digitally empowered employee experience grounded in Principle Based Management. This role involves leading major cross-functional projects focused on the deployment and scaling of initiatives within an overarching employee experience strategy. The person will partner closely with IT, HR, Enablement, and other capabilities to improve employee engagement, productivity, and brand advocacy, while also shaping external recruiting efforts to attract and retain top talent in an employee-centric PBM culture.

Key Responsibilities

Create and own the vision and strategy for a seamless, digitally enabled employee experience.
Act as a connection between groups like Enablement, IT, HR, Marketing and Sales to ensure the employee journey is consistent, intuitive, and engaging at every digital touchpoint.
Lead efforts to address identified challenges and gaps in the employee experience.
Partner with IT, learning, content, and data owners to inform strategies that deliver highly relevant information supporting employee experience goals.
Own the MyInfor product, develop and maintain its roadmap, seek feedback, and oversee execution for integrations and enhancements.
Implement continuous feedback mechanisms to uncover employee needs and drive prioritization and improvements based on UX Design & research.
Partner with IT to assess, optimize, and integrate digital tools used daily by employees.

Requirements

Prior experience leading digital initiatives that improve business outcomes.
Track record of managing programs requiring cross-functional collaboration.
Experience owning digital products, including roadmap and execution.
Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as IT, HR, and Development.
Experience working in the Microsoft ecosystem.

Nice to Have

Understanding of digital workplace systems.
Change management experience.
