The position involves developing and implementing digital strategies for the enterprise, providing strategic and tactical guidance, overseeing digital initiatives, and managing day-to-day operations to enhance the digital experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital strategy for the enterprise.
Execute on digital strategies and plans.
Provide strategic and tactical guidance to health plans and specialty companies.
Manage and oversee the creation and implementation of digital initiatives, both internal and external.
Coordinate with health plans and specialty companies as needed.
Develop and implement governance plan for the enterprise.
Oversee website redesign and mobile optimization.
Provide insights into content, user, and industry trends.
Manage insights for user experience and usability compliance.
Lead the development of strategy.
Manage day-to-day operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent experience.
7+ years of combined web, interactive or digital communication experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent experience.
7+ years of digital communication experience.
