About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital strategy for the enterprise.
• Execute on digital strategies and plans.
• Provide strategic and tactical guidance to health plans and specialty companies.
• Manage and execute strategies to deliver and enhance the digital experience.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of digital initiatives, both internal and external.
• Coordinate with health plans and specialty companies as needed.
• Develop and implement governance plan for the enterprise.
• Oversee website redesign and mobile optimization.
• Provide insights into content, user, and industry trends.
• Manage insights for user experience and usability compliance.
• Lead the development of strategy.
• Manage day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of combined experience in web, interactive, or digital communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital strategy development and execution.
• Knowledge of website redesign and mobile optimization.
• Ability to provide insights into content and industry trends.
