About the Role

This role is based in our Miami, FL office. Hybrid schedule with 3-4 days per week in-office in Miami, FL. This is not a remote role. The position is with Interval International, Inc., part of Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation, a leading global vacation company with over 120 resorts and approximately 700,000 owner families. The Global Marketing Team is focused on modernizing member engagement and communication strategies, offering a dynamic, growth-focused environment for innovative marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of global marketing campaigns, communications, and content across digital and email channels to drive revenue, engagement, and loyalty within the member base.
  • Determine strategic direction, identify growth opportunities, develop and implement new approaches such as ongoing 'test & learn', and leverage available tools like the Promotions Engine and market research.
  • Build and maintain productive partnerships across the Global Marketing function to support broader business objectives.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns across membership bases (Interval, Leisure Time Passport, Dream Vacation Week), including topics, offers, timing, segmentation, creative, inventory selection, and cross-sells.
  • Design and implement testing to maximize member engagement and campaign revenue, and analyze performance results to inform future campaigns.
  • Maintain the email calendar and campaign testing schedule used by all program constituents.
  • Supervise the implementation of campaign plans, including writing campaign build specs, creative briefs, and overseeing creative development.
  • Manage timing and topics for campaigns aligned with annual business needs and promotions.
  • Leverage multiple communication channels (email, website, magazine, social media) to engage members.
  • Develop trigger behavior-based marketing campaigns, identify new trigger points, and develop new campaigns.
  • Ensure current campaigns are deployed correctly, refine campaigns based on performance data, and develop new campaign opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, developers, Inventory, and Revenue Management to develop incentive offers for members.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing, English Literature, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in a marketing function.
  • Experience managing direct reports.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of consumer marketing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to inform campaign strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels and influence decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • Experience in Hospitality or Vacation Ownership industries.
  • Experience in a multi-unit and/or multi-state environment.
  • Experience in a corporate, matrix organization.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
