Email Lead

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Code responsive HTML/CSS emails from Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD designs
• Ensure cross-client and cross-device compatibility (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, iOS)
• Use AMPscript (SFMC) or tokens/velocity scripting (Marketo) for personalization and dynamic content
• Build and test email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo
• Set up segmentation, automation workflows, and triggers
• Manage email QA and approvals before scheduling and deployment
• Work with marketing teams to use audience data for dynamic content and personalization
• Sync and manage lead/contact data across CRM and marketing platforms
• Monitor deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other KPIs
• Analyze results and optimize based on performance metrics
• Ensure all emails comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other privacy regulations
• Stay current with email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements

• Proficient in HTML/CSS for email development
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (AMPscript, Journey Builder, Email Studio) and Marketo (Smart Campaigns, Lead Scoring, Tokens)
• Familiarity with email testing tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid)
• Solid understanding of segmentation, lead nurturing, and lifecycle marketing
• Knowledge of CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce CRM & Marketo CRM)
• Excellent attention to detail and QA skills
• Strong communication and collaboration with marketing and design teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
