This role offers an opportunity to architect and lead the next era of full-funnel marketing at a profitable SaaS company that combines startup energy with enterprise execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead Nasuni's full-funnel demand generation engine, driving MQLs, MQAs, SALs, and pipeline.
  • Operationalize intent data with AI tools like 6sense to drive account-based strategies across industries and regions.
  • Own demand generation globally, collaborating with regional marketing teams to build scalable programs.
  • Lead integrated digital and paid media programs across SEM, paid social, syndication, and retargeting to drive conversions.
  • Partner with the Web team to create a modern, conversion-optimized website experience that guides prospects through the funnel.
  • Create lifecycle nurture programs to engage buyers at every stage, from first touch to closed-won and expansion.
  • Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to activate campaigns that accelerate deals and increase win rates.
  • Grow, mentor, and inspire a high-performing demand generation team with a global reach.
  • Translate GTM strategy into measurable pipeline targets and programs, optimizing media mix and campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with at least 3+ years in a Director role at a high-growth SaaS or data infrastructure company.
  • Proven track record of building demand gen engines that scale revenue from $100M+ to $400M+ ARR.
  • Expertise in Account-Based Marketing, full-funnel programs, and campaign attribution.
  • Deep understanding of modern MarTech stacks such as 6sense, Marketo, Salesforce, Drift, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads.
  • Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, and Copy.ai to optimize messaging, segmentation, and workflows.
  • Strategic, data-driven, and execution-minded with the ability to plan and execute campaigns.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and leadership ability to inspire teams.
