Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the 360-degree marketing strategy, development, and execution for the luxury cream lines of the brand.
  • Support the innovation pipeline, refine the product portfolio, and develop strategies that resonate with high-end consumers in the luxury segment.
  • Identify and create high-end product opportunities leveraging data and insights to predict market trends.
  • Determine fast-growing luxury categories and subcategories, using analytics to identify opportunities for market share growth.
  • Develop tailored strategies for key luxury hero products to ensure they shine in priority channels and reach the right consumers.
  • Drive innovative product development by incorporating insights from high-end consumers and aligning the product pipeline with strategic priorities.

  • Evaluate market white space opportunities and create a roadmap for future luxury product launches based on consumer insights and industry best practices.
  • Leverage target consumer understanding for regional or segment-specific ideas and communicate claims & benefits clearly.
  • Identify and validate trends, develop a deliberate model/mix for the brand to win, and inspire new product innovation with analytical rigor.
  • Enhance insights and creativity through analytics, using KPIs to measure progress and reverse engineer initiative opportunities.
  • Lead partnership with Product Development and Consumer Marketing on ideation and briefs, and present concept development briefs to stakeholders.
  • Define a global portfolio and category strategy, identify key fast-growing categories, and coordinate with regions on relevant content.
  • Leverage the New Product Launch program in partnership with Supply Chain, and provide strategic input for product forecasting and planning.
  • Generate insights and recommendations through analytics, drive COG analysis, and ensure SKU management across the product portfolio.
  • Lead end-to-end launch processes, from product selection to go-to-market strategies, incorporating mobile, social, and video-first approaches.
  • Translate consumer insights into concepts and initiatives executed across in-store, on-pack, and online channels.
  • Curate product launch calendar strategies and campaign concepts, balancing resourcing needs across the portfolio.
  • Identify solutions for rapid development, testing, and iteration of new business models and digital experiences.
  • Build capabilities for repeatable program releases, develop concepts and briefs for new launches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive innovation in marketing trends and technologies, fostering an environment for exploring new digital, mobile, and omnichannel platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, identify business opportunities, and build creative technology solutions to increase efficiency and marketing reach.
  • Partner with HR to evaluate talent management and attraction strategies, upskill teams, and establish the brand as a leader in consumer engagement.
  • Manage the department’s P&L, allocate budgets, optimize spend based on campaign performance, and drive marketing ROI.
