Director, Growth Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build the Growth Engine: Design, implement, and own a comprehensive B2B growth marketing strategy focused on driving new sales and retention across employers, benefits brokers, hospitals, and other healthcare partners.
• Develop and execute campaigns that influence the entire sales pipeline, from MQL to closed sale including RFP stages.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to delight existing customers, identify and proactively nurture accounts at risk for churn, and win back lost customers, in partnership with Client Marketing.
• Own and report on growth metrics, leveraging data to inform decisions and prioritize initiatives with the highest ROI.
• Build and optimize campaigns, workflows, and reporting within Salesforce and HubSpot, and evaluate new tools to support growth.
• Pioneer the use of AI for growth acceleration, integrating AI agents as part of the team.
• Work closely with sales, client success, and rev ops teams to ensure alignment, nurture the right accounts, and facilitate account movement through the funnel.

Requirements

• 15+ years of B2B growth and ABM marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in complex enterprise sales environments.
• Hands-on expertise in developing, testing, and scaling campaigns across channels such as SEM, SEO, paid social (especially LinkedIn), and email marketing.
• Experience building and leading an AI team, actively implementing AI-driven solutions to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Experience selling to enterprise-level B2B customers, especially in healthcare, insurance, finance, or benefits technology sectors.
• Data-driven mindset with strong skills in using data to optimize programs and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Technical proficiency with marketing tech stacks, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase or 6Sense, Zoominfo, Zapier, and Clay.
• Ability to execute tactically, including media buying, content creation, and reporting, while maintaining strategic oversight.
• Curiosity about the healthcare industry and a relentless, experimental approach to growth.

• Experience with long sales cycles and high-touch ABM processes.
