About the Role

The Director, Integrated Product Solutions, Cobrand at Mastercard supports new business development by working closely with the Business Development team on RFPs, pitches, and customer conversations focused on de novo programs and brand conversions. The role involves identifying customer needs, mapping them to Mastercard products and services, and supporting strategic projects that drive long-term impact. The position is part of the Customer Solution Center, which intersects product, services, marketing, and customer engagement, and aims to drive influence and revenue through innovative solutions in digital, security, and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Business Development team on RFPs, pitches, and customer conversations focused on de novo programs and brand conversions.
  • Identify customer needs and map them to Mastercard products and services.
  • Support the story-telling process across a range of traditional cobrand merchants.
  • Work on highly visible strategic projects that will drive long-term, foundational impact on the organization.
  • Align with the EVP of Business Development supporting new business development across Cobrands.
  • Collaborate with Business Development teams to recommend needs-based solutions in coordination with Product, Innovation, Services, and Marketing.
  • Drive data-driven thought leadership around market topics to enable competitive differentiation.
  • Support RFP responses, lead/facilitate development of pitch narratives and content.
  • Develop storyboards for demos that illustrate Mastercard’s cobrand product and services vision.
  • Provide informal 'voice of the market' input to internal stakeholders in Product, Innovation, Services, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • A problem solver with a keen understanding of customer challenges, inquisitive, detail-oriented, and able to simplify complexity.
  • Foundational knowledge of the payments ecosystem and Mastercard's role within it.
  • Ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data and derive meaningful insights.
  • Familiarity with Mastercard areas such as Product (Consumer Credit, Small Business Credit, Debit), Digital Solutions (MDES, Push Provisioning, Digital Wallets, UX journeys), Innovation (Mastercard Labs), Services (Loyalty Solutions, Consulting, Information Solutions, Managed Services, Fraud and Security), and Marketing (Priceless Platforms).
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and rally internal stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with de novo programs and brand conversions.
  • Experience supporting strategic projects that drive organizational impact.
  • Knowledge of digital payments solutions and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in payments ecosystem or related fields.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and derive insights.
