Key Responsibilities

  • Help the world's leading brands unlock measurable value from their data by leading the roadmap for campaign measurement, surfacing applicable insights with AI, and delivering optimization capabilities that fuel growth and loyalty.
  • Work with the AI team to lay the foundation for next-generation AI models that power Amperity's agents, enabling customers to achieve more, faster.
  • Build the foundation for campaign measurement across last-mile communication and paid media channels to optimize performance and growth.
  • Work with customers to reveal the metrics that matter, from visible to hidden, in shaping performance.
  • Use predictive modeling and analytics to surface relevant opportunities and guide decision-making.
  • Establish feedback loops that improve AI insights.
  • Operate at the intersection of product, AI/data science, and customer outcomes, partnering with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to build transformative experiences.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on data-driven products.
  • MarTech background with expertise in measurement, optimization, and campaign analytics.
  • Experience with data analysis, able to dive into complex datasets and extract applicable insights.
  • Practitioner-level understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in marketing technology.
  • Experience leading complex projects with AI/data science, engineering, and design teams.
  • Comfortable working with large-scale datasets and drawing relevant insights from ambiguous data problems.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear product requirements for all partners.
  • Experience driving product projects from conception through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.

  • Experience in marketing technology or paid media.
  • Deep understanding of campaign measurement and optimization.
