Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning and analytics function for AMD's AI and Enterprise Marketing team, including CPU, GPU, DPU and NW.
  • Drive alignment across product marketing, corporate marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement to accelerate market growth and adoption of AMD's datacenter offerings.
  • Develop and socialize the marketing strategy and ensure its alignment to business imperatives.
  • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies based on establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
  • Build and lead a robust marketing analytics team to inform actionable insights, market intelligence, and performance tracking for strategic decisions.
  • Lead and scale AMD's global Customer Engagement Centers to brief and close opportunities with some of our largest customers.
  • Oversee AMD's sales and partner enablement tools, ensuring they incorporate sales and partner feedback and new tactics in L&D.
  • Leverage market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to refine marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Mentor and foster a team of marketing strategists and analysts to promote a high-performance, data-driven culture.
  • Present marketing plans and performance metrics to senior leadership, ensuring clarity and transparency in decision making.
  • Apply knowledge of best practices and technologies to the design, development, and testing of various AMD products.

Requirements

  • Degree required; Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience in a marketing role or business analyst position, including leading teams with a collaborative approach.
  • Experience leading demand generation programs for technology or semiconductor companies or products.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for technology products.
  • Experience conducting technology market analysis to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Ability to monitor and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness through KPIs.
  • Understanding of B2B sales and marketing cycles.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms such as Salesforce and Power BI.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the technology or semiconductor industry.
  • Familiarity with demand generation programs and strategic initiatives in tech companies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with seven (7) years of progressive experience as an alternative to a master's degree.
