The role of Director of Marketing Performance Analytics is part of the Global Brand & Marketing Enablement group, supporting program governance and performance, leveraging marketing automation and customer data platforms, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business OKRs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Product Owners, Marketing Ops Channel Owners, Sales, Digital Designers, Technology, Engagement, Growth, and Activation partners as the Data Lead for their assigned Line of Business.
  • End to end responsibility for Data related tasks in marketing execution, including acting as a strategic marketing thought leader on large-scale campaigns.
  • Provide Strategic Data Leadership and influence business partners to adopt best practices for measurement, including what should be measured, how, and the value created.
  • Uncover and validate meaningful data from across the organization, integrating it into reporting and insights.
  • Drive a cross-team culture of data-driven decision making.
  • Discover, define, and create target audiences in partnership with Customer Insights and Marketing Data Engineering.
  • Establish data needs for segmentation within the MarTech environment and create connections between key business data and marketing data systems.
  • Provide clear paths for data connection to business outcomes and objectives.
  • Manage overall agile POD performance against OKRs and track performance against forecasts.
  • Recommend and prioritize strategic testing opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer journeys.
  • Create and manage reporting and data visualization, synthesize key performance metrics, and share insights with stakeholders during Sprint Reviews.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of professional experience in a digital, product, or finance role.
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing multi-channel campaigns to generate insights that inform test and learn strategies.
  • 3+ years of professional experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • 3+ years of data visualization experience for creating dashboards.
  • Adept at data presentation using dashboards, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Deep understanding of analytics, marketing metrics, statistics, and financial metrics.
  • Proven track record of improving customer journeys and acquisition funnels.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative approach.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of modern marketing technology data implications, including Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, PathFactory, PowerBI.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Azure data lake and big data platforms.
  • Experience with database tools such as MySQL and SQL Server.
  • Experience with statistical tools like R, SAS, or Python, and techniques such as segmentation and regression modeling.
  • Knowledge of analytics platforms and business intelligence tools.
  • Prior experience with Alteryx or similar data automation platforms.
  • Experience with attitudinal and social media measurement tools like Medallia and Sprinklr.
  • Experience with web analytics and testing tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Google Analytics.
  • Ad server experience with Google Ad Manager or OpenX.
