Director, Marketing (Remote)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Hiring, training, developing and managing team members.
• Achieving all marketing and corporate objectives set forth.
• Providing senior management with marketing analytics, industry trends, and best practices.
• Building strong relationships with internal departments, business partners, and customers to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Collaborating with sales and departmental leaders to foster communication and share best practices.
• Gathering information to support new business acquisition.
• Leading weekly team meetings for insight, evaluation, coaching, and personal development.
• Leading people and processes to meet marketing objectives aligned with yearly goals.
• Providing feedback and performance management to direct reports.
• Maintaining effective communication channels with senior leadership and other departments.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams.
• Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social media, content, email, events, traditional).
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to measure performance and identify trends.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to influence at all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of current marketing trends, digital transformation strategies, and industry best practices.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or distribution industries.
• Experience working remotely or in a hybrid environment.
• Additional certifications in marketing or leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 10+ years of marketing experience with leadership background.
