About the Role

Join AT&T's Marketing & Growth Organization, the powerhouse generating enduring customer-driven growth, and become a pivotal part of the journey to redefine the future of marketing at AT&T. This role involves overseeing the design, development, and implementation of marketing strategies and programs to position products, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth. The position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week in Dallas, TX, and offers the opportunity to lead marketing innovation and change management initiatives within a leading communications and technology company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to position products in the market, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth, including creating business cases, sensitivity analyses, scenario planning, and competitive response analyses.
  • Supervise market research activities to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, and utilize these insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
  • Oversee the development and management of marketing collateral such as brochures, datasheets, case studies, whitepapers, and website content to support product launches and campaigns.
  • Direct the design and execution of go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams like product management, sales, and engineering.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign and product launch performance using KPIs and metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA); MBA with Marketing, Strategy, or similar major preferred.
  • 10+ years of related experience in marketing or strategy roles.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and content creation for marketing collateral.
  • Strong leadership skills, including experience in managing teams and influencing decision-making.
  • Ability to develop business cases, scenario planning, and perform sensitivity analyses.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in change management programs and communications.
  • Experience working within a large corporate environment or telecommunications industry.

Qualifications
