About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional activities related to new product introduction and process development for new products (custom and stock) and services.
• Direct the continuous improvement of the after-sales service model.
• Build and develop process development capabilities that are smart, scalable, and efficient.
• Develop robust process development capabilities for operations in the Americas that result in efficient and cost-effective processes and operations.
• Ensure successful execution of new product introductions, including timely delivery, validation, and robust handover to manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8 years of experience driving continuous improvement initiatives cross-functionally with responsibility for profit and loss improvement.
• 5 years of Operations and Engineering experience working with all parts of the organization including Marketing and R&D.
• 5 years of experience in a continuous improvement role.
• 7 years of experience in driving initiatives between operations and commercial (sales and marketing).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.

• Salary range of $149,843 to $223,200 per year.
