About the Role

At Paramount, we are revolutionizing the way small and medium businesses advertise on TV and Connected TV (CTV). Our innovative self-serve ads platform, Paramount Ads Manager, empowers businesses of all sizes to create impactful advertising campaigns with ease, reaching audiences through television and streaming. As Director of Content Marketing, you will lead a multi-channel content strategy to build the Paramount Ad Manager brand, influence top-of-funnel traffic, generate quality leads, and drive measurable pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy a world-class, multi-channel and multi-format content marketing strategy across owned (e.g., email), paid (e.g., Meta, TikTok), and website channels to build the Paramount Ad Manager brand and drive pipeline.
  • Develop new paid media campaign concepts based on industry trends, Paramount content, and the needs of the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Manage in-house and agency relationships with creative teams to create high-quality social assets aligned with the tone of each platform (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit).
  • Concept and author high-converting landing pages and email campaigns.
  • Define the distribution strategy for created content in partnership with channel owners in Marketing, with oversight from a Paid Media partner.
  • Utilize tools like Canva, Riverside, etc., to enable fast content creation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (10+ years) developing scaled B2B marketing content and messaging strategies and shaping memorable B2B brands, preferably in product-led growth environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A portfolio that includes content, distribution strategy, and results of previous work.
  • Understanding of ad channels like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok, with a strong point of view on breaking through the noise.
  • Ability to track performance metrics and use data and market feedback to adjust strategies quickly.
  • Entrepreneurial problem-solver capable of working autonomously.
  • Skilled in project management, capable of leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ad channels like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok and a strong POV on how to break through the noise.
  • Ability to use data and market feedback to adjust quickly.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing content and messaging strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
