As Director of Digital Product Management, you will be part of a cross functional team with the responsibility to drive and lead technologies strategic and decisions for the Honeywell Building Automation business. You will be the primary interface to business leaders to define requirements and drive execution of growth and productivity solutions enabled through existing and emerging information technology. As a key member of the digital business leadership team, you will be engaging in all aspects of running the business, with a specialization in the use of technology to fulfill business objectives. This position will also provide leadership, improving processes and developing digital team capabilities. This role is focused on marketing, customer support, technical support, and services experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding business needs, performing gap analysis, assisting with the redesign of capabilities/processes, and implementing IT strategic programs.
- Heavily involved in Honeywell's digital transformation in the post sales experience.
- Aligning the Business Digital roadmap to meet the business strategic planning.
- Demonstrating a solid understanding of critical business issues and requirements and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Partnering with Honeywell Building Solutions regarding process changes, global enhancements, rapid deployment requests, and updates on global Building Automation activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in implementing technology solutions, strategic planning & IT road map development / management.
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management.
- Experience developing high performing teams and talent in a global environment.
- Strong analytics experience.
- IT Business Partner, working with global organization.
- Excellent Leadership skills, communication and executive presence.
- Salesforce experience.

- Understanding of key information technology solutions and practices.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate new technology into business value.
- Creation of result-oriented Management Operating System.
- Ability to deliver on complex situations or problems.
