About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a year-round event marketing strategy for corporate, social, and community events.
• Promote private bookings and full-venue buyouts.
• Create brand-aligned content and campaigns across digital and print.
• Design and activate signature events (e.g., pool parties, wellness mornings, music nights).
• Manage social media and drive online engagement.
• Generate leads and support sales efforts.
• Build partnerships with local vendors, performers, and influencers.
• Track event performance and optimize strategy.
• Optionally manage contractors or a small team.

Requirements

• 3+ years in event marketing, ideally in hospitality or lifestyle venues.
• Skilled in digital marketing, content creation, and project management.
• Strong creative direction and storytelling ability.
• Collaborative, organized, and tuned into Austin's cultural scene.
