About the Role

The Director of Growth Marketing at Homebase is a strategic, results-oriented leader responsible for accelerating customer growth through developing and executing acquisition strategies across multiple channels. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role involves building and scaling integrated marketing programs, optimizing key performance metrics, leveraging AI tools and automation, leading a cross-functional growth team, and collaborating with various teams to drive product adoption and growth in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels, including Meta, YouTube, SEO, Direct Mail, and mobile.
  • Build and scale unified, integrated marketing programs that fuel sustainable top-of-funnel growth.
  • Optimize key metrics like CAC, payback period, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Build a culture of rapid experimentation across web and campaign surfaces.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate execution, improve performance, and scale intelligently.
  • Lead and grow a cross-functional growth team spanning digital media, offline, content, Web/CRO, and SEO/GEO.
  • Foster a performance-driven, collaborative culture.
  • Work closely across GTM teams, including Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Product Growth, and Sales, to optimize paid product adoption within the customer's first 60 days.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Growth Marketing with 5+ years leading teams in fast-growth environments.
  • Proven track record scaling paid digital, SEO/GEO, and content marketing with measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools, automation, and advanced analytics.
  • Expertise in performance analysis and rapid strategic pivots based on data insights.
  • Track record of hitting aggressive growth targets in competitive markets.
  • Experience in growth roles targeting SMBs, prosumers, or freemium-to-paid models is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Senior level experience in AI Marketing
