Aspen Skiing Company
The Director of Integrated Marketing & Strategic Planning leads the orchestration of cross-channel campaigns that balance immediate revenue objectives with long-term brand growth. This role is responsible for transforming high-level business and brand strategy into actionable go-to-market (GTM) plans, campaign calendars, and execution roadmaps. The position spans Aspen Skiing Company's four mountains, Ski & Snowboard School, retail shops, on-mountain food and beverage outlets, and destination-wide events. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role involves managing complex marketing initiatives to elevate the brand and drive guest engagement.
