About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, assisted living communities, and home care agencies.
• Conduct individual and group presentations or luncheons for healthcare professionals, senior groups, churches, etc.
• Execute marketing plans to achieve business development goals.

Requirements

• Candidates must be self-driven with business development goals and the ability to execute plans to achieve desired outcomes.
• Ability to conduct individual/group presentations/luncheons for healthcare professionals, senior groups, churches, etc.
• Possess excellent sales and marketing, communication, time management, and organizational skills, and a great personality.
• At least two years' experience in marketing in a skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or healthcare environment.
• Knowledge regarding Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurances.
