Key Responsibilities

• Research and stay ahead of marketing trends and strategies, especially in the duct cleaning and HVAC industry.
• Oversee all advertising initiatives.
• Write and execute innovative marketing programs.
• Focus on maximizing sales and marketing ROI.
• Manage budgets, resources, and logistics for seamless marketing execution.
• Develop and launch comprehensive digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales teams to seize opportunities and exceed goals.
• Support and train franchises and branch offices in marketing best practices to drive their success.

Requirements

• At least five years as a marketing director or ten years in marketing.
• Proven track record of generating leads and boosting brand recognition.
• Deep expertise in digital marketing strategies.
• Passion for marketing and securing major clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective marketing programs and trade show strategies.
• Strong math skills for managing budgets and calculating ROI.
• Excellent literacy and writing abilities.
• High level of creativity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
