Director of Marketing and Talent

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote Fisher Industries brand, products, and services
• Lead brand management efforts to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all channels
• Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns, content, and digital marketing initiatives to reach target audiences
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
• Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
• Develop and execute talent retention and development programs to foster a positive and productive workplace culture
• Partner with recruitment to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Monitor and analyze marketing and recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
• Lead, mentor, and develop marketing and recruitment teams to ensure high performance and professional growth
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing and talent management
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience (8+ years) in marketing, talent acquisition, or related roles, with some leadership responsibilities
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns
• Experience with talent management, recruitment strategies, and HR best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
• Experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach
