About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance brand visibility and drive growth in alignment with the firm's strategic goals.
• Oversee brand consistency across all channels, ensuring all marketing materials reflect the company's vision, values, and aesthetics.
• Drive targeted campaigns to attract new clients, nurture leads, and increase client retention.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content strategy to boost online presence and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality content such as case studies, project showcases, and thought leadership pieces for blogs, press, releases, and other channels.
• Develop targeted campaigns and collateral to showcase the company's portfolio, emphasizing key projects and achievements.
• Organize and execute company-sponsored events, conferences, or exhibitions to increase visibility and generate leads.
• Conduct research to stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to guide marketing decisions and adapt strategies.
• Establish and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Work closely with MVE leadership, sales, and design teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure messaging consistency.
• Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using insights to refine and optimize strategies.
• Represent the firm to clients, peer organizations, and business associates.
• Maintain and ensure confidentiality of all sales and marketing data; selectively share relevant information with strategic partners and vendors as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 10+ years of marketing experience and long-range planning required.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, etc.), digital ads, website management, and copywriting.
• Experience working within the AEC industry required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of market developments, strategies, and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Proficiency using InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
• Proficiency with layouts and graphics.
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Deltek Vision).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Deltek Vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
