Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product portfolio for KIK's B2C brands, driving P&L growth through data-driven recommendations and detailed analysis of product performance and profitability.
  • Lead the development of innovative marketing and product solutions by identifying unmet consumer needs and creating programs that drive behavior change, outperforming the competition.
  • Manage the strategy and execution of trade marketing with key retail partners, including Walmart, Lowe's, and Home Depot.
  • Ensure compliance with the Clorox brand partnership guidelines and standards; serve as the steward responsible for maintaining Clorox brand integrity.
  • Maintain market leadership position across eCommerce platforms (Amazon and Walmart.com) through advertising, engaging product content, and best-in-class ratings/reviews.
  • Commission and leverage marketing research to gain insights into product concepts and consumer needs, using this data to identify and commercialize new product development opportunities.
  • Partner with internal teams across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regulatory to meet operational targets.
  • Become the go-to expert on the product portfolio's financial profile, driving strategic decisions and recommendations.
  • Serve as the thought leader for the B2C product portfolio strategy, successfully influencing executive leadership to invest in proposals for success.

Requirements

  • MBA preferred; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related business discipline required.
  • 7+ years of proven marketing experience in B2C businesses, with leadership in product management, digital marketing, and P&L brand ownership.
  • Demonstrated success in taking new products from ideation to commercialization, driving margin improvement, and developing effective pricing strategies.
  • Experience leading well-known CPG brands and driving growth in sales, profit, market share, awareness, trial, and household penetration.
  • Strong track record in digital marketing campaign management, including setting and achieving KPIs that drive positive ROI and business results.
  • Demonstrated expertise in portfolio development, market research analysis, and new product development, with experience in brand positioning, promotions, and pricing.
  • Proficient in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), journey development, display advertising, and email marketing.
  • Analytical with a strong ability to leverage data-driven insights to guide decision-making and business growth.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with a sense of urgency, self-motivation, and ability to prioritize effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with strategic sourcing, product formulation, and quality assurance is a plus.
  • Experience working with retail partners and managing trade marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related business discipline.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience in B2C businesses.
